Expert Witness as Consulting Arborist

Tree Health Management, Inc. has an arboricultural consultant on staff who is atrained expert witness. We wear the expert witness hat only when asked to assist in a legal issue or litigation concerning plants. Individually, Peter has been asked to provide assistance to homeowners, lawyers, insurance companies, landscapers, municipalities and corporations. As an expert witness we provide unbiased opinions based upon facts which are usually gleaned from site inspections. At a site inspection an expert witnesses best friends are observation, fieldwork, scientific facts, lab analysis, photography, forensic factors and assistance from other experts. As in all the biological sciences experts rely on what the 'probability', some form of reasonable art must be used to come to an opinion which is based on facts, art and being reasonable.
